This expansion addresses the growing need for accessible, high-quality healthcare in the Folsom area and surrounding communities.

Our Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia clinic at 799 Main St., Suite D in Half Moon Bay continues to offer the same urgent care services it did during the Urgent Care Pilot Program. We're pleased to continue offering walk-in and same-day care for low-severity urgent medical issues, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia clinic in Half Moon Bay will provide the same services as we did during the Urgent Care Pilot Program. We are working diligently to extend these hours as quickly as possible. Please refer to the following frequently asked questions for information about our same-day services for urgent medical care.

The clinic will reopen to patients as Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada on June 16, 2025.This acquisition ensures continued access to high-quality gastroenterology (GI) care for the Grass Valley community. Patients will continue to receive care from the same physicians and advanced practice providers they know and trust. Furthermore, they will now benefit from streamlined access to Dignity Health’s comprehensive network, including Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and Dignity Health Urgent Care.

As part of its mission to expand and protect vital health services in the North State, Dignity Health has acquired Hilltop Medical Clinic, securing urgent care access for the Redding community. Recognizing the vital role this clinic plays in serving the community, Dignity Health is stepping in to ensure continued access to care. Without this transition, the clinic would have been at risk of closure. Effective June 20, 2025, the clinic was transitioned into and renamed Dignity Health Urgent Care. The clinic reopened to the public June 30, 2025.
